Show me your spare tubular (pict)
I always carry a spare tubular tire when I ride. I was alble to fold it, pre-glued, in this saddle bag. However, I've been trying to minimalize hings if possible. I would appreciate some suggestions as to how you carry yours and pictures if at all possible. What particular type of saddle bag have you found to be durable, of just the right size (not too big not too small), etc. Pictures will be greatly appreciated and links as well.
Thanks
Thanks

I never use a saddlebag for tubulars. I fold up 2, side by side, and use an old toe strap to attach them to the seat rails.

I just tied the tire directly under the seat using a pedal strap and carried everything else in my jersey pockets.

You can see the inflator strapped to the side, the tire lever is folded in the tire
Now I'm using a Axiom bag after a ride over a long stretch of rough washboard gravel much like Paris Roubaix

Not tubular but the tube is velcroed under the seat, the phone and levers etc in the tool bottle. Pump on the side of the bottle holder. Too easy:

I have a question who use tubular, how you guys glue it when it's inflat on a street?
I saw a thread who spent whole day to place the tubular tire on the rim.
just curious.

Your spare is pre-glued. Designed only to get you home. No fast corners, could possibly roll until you get it home and properly re-glue it.
And whoever spent a whole day gluing a tubular is probably new at it. It doesn't take all day.

guys:
I hate to be a pest about this, but could you take a closer picture for me of your folded tire under the seat? I want to see how you guys did it besides diabloscott. I don't want to use a saddle bag if I can help it. I folded it like diablo scott has it in the picture and it came out a bit too big. The corners were rubbing on the back of my thights so much that they almost put a hole right through my new Assos bibs. I re-did it again in a few different configurations, but I am not all that happy yet. I want to compare and maybe steel someone's idea.
Thanks,
dgasmd
