Brutal...
Did you stop to get food/drink/bathroom...
Did you have a set plan, say 5 minutes off every hour...
Again brutal...
Maybe something I need to try...

How long did it take you?
IMO, if I were to do a trainer century, I would remain on the trainer (with 5 min breaks once an hour) for a full 8 hours in order for it to be realistic. But a genuinely and honestly faster rider might only be on for 6 hours.
So far, the longest I've spent on my trainer was 4 hours ... so half a century.

You've ridden the Paris Roubaix?
And you've ridden on cobblestone?

I once spent an entire Super Bowl on the trainer. Don't think I will ever do that again. A century, no way. Did you get a lobotomy before doing it?

Or more ... unless Plow13 normally knocks outdoor centuries off in <5 hours.

i have a garmin edge 305 w/ HR, speed and cadence...so i the way i take the mileage on my edge is for every 2 miles on the trainer is about equal to 1 mile on the road. My total time was 6 hours and 12 minutes. I had 5 breaks...i know thats a bit much but thats normally what i've done on other charity centuries that ive done...my 5 breaks totaled for 42 minutes....so i tried to keep this as realisitic as possible...i've been kind of double training with my trainer and outside...since the weather is starting to get bad (i live in pittsburgh) i've been putting in anywhere from 100-200 miles a week with about 4-5 hrs on the trainer as well..while on the trainer i simply do a lite workout...mostly just to get a good spin in and kind of relax my muscles and so forth...so i seen the weather was bad today so i figured i'm just goin to do all my day's riding on the trainer....so a full episode of sportscenter and 2 movies later...i'm a champ of the indoor century!

And your calculation of 2 trainer miles to 1 outdoor mile is probably relatively accurate for us mere mortals.
When you compare 24-hour roller records (853.46 miles) to 24-hour outdoor road records (540.3 miles), the ratio is about 3 indoor miles to every 2 outdoor miles. And that 540 mile record, set this year, is exceptional and unusual!

Major props to you but while you were on your trainer I was riding outside. You do know that it got up to 57f here in the Burgh? It would have to be about 2f and I would have to be high on meth before I would attempt what you accomplished.

17th in Milan San Remo!
This I *have* done. In order of easiest to hardest:
1. Cobblestones
2. Descending mountains on 1-3" Gravel Roads
3. Century on a trainer
I've never done the third, it's just too hard.

Oh my GOD!!! Why would you ever subject yourself willingly to such horrendous torture! That is simply MASOCHISTIC!!! You must really hate yourself!
Oceans 11 and Oceans 12 back to back??? I'm nearly in tears thinking about it!
Oh, and congrats on your trainer century.

Cool! When?
I rode cobblestones quite a bit when I was in France and Belgium this past August ... I struggled with it in general, but after cycling up and down the Champs-Élysées ... if I never see cobblestone again, that will be just fine with me!
But I'd put those three above in the following order (easiest to hardest):
1. Century on a trainer
2. Cobblestone
3. Descending mountains on gravel
