Kudos to Earth Wind & Rider!
Just wanted to let ya'll know about a top notch company.
As some of you know, EWNR makes great wool jerseys.
I picked up one of their retro ones recently.
I received it in just a few days by fedex (wow) and it's a really nice jersey. Very comfortable, form fitting like regular jerseys, back pockets, and I'm just as happy with it while riding... no complaints at all.
Well a few weeks later I ended up having a problem with the jersey and contacted EWNR by email explaining what had happened (colors bled during the wash) and that I was pretty bummed. I thought I followed their wash instructions correctly. They called me almost immediately and sent out a reply email explaining that it shouldn't have happened and they would send me out a new one with a return fedex for the old one! After a few days and a few more emails with Chris, and determining that my detergent seemed to be the only thing that could have caused the problem my new jersey showed up.
So even with an issue that may have been the customers fault, EWNR was quick to jump on it and make sure the customer is happy. Ya just can't beat customer service like that!

I am definitely going to get one, but have for the past month been unable to decide on the color/scheme. Either the old school orange w/black stripe, the green epic express (white stripe bordered by small black stripe), or perhaps the same epic design pattern a different color, brown?
