Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Rim Recommendations for New Bike Build-Up

Good morning everyone,

Im ordering parts for my new road bike build up and Id like to get some recommendations for the rims.

Ill be building my own wheels on Campagnalo Centaur hubs. They are the old style (cup and cone) with 36 holes.

Im about 195lbs and the bike will used mostly for exercise on city streets.

Frame is a Cinelli Xperience with a Centaur Groupset 53/39f, 13-26r

What rims would you recommend???

Velocity Aeroheads are pretty nice. Or Mavic Open Pros.

I'd probably recommend Velocity Fusions for a more durability than the OP or Aerohead.
