What tire pressure

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

This is the same as asking what height you put your seat at.

naturally you're supposed to put in the highest rating the tire has, which is 200psi.
If your pump doesn't go that high, then you have to figure out a way to 200psi, otherwise they're not roadworthy and you have to sacrifice them to the cycling gods.

I have been running those same tires on Ksyrium ES rims at 140 psi , i ride these on a very smooooth road . On a normal street i would drop the pressure to 110-120 psi or put on a clincher wheelset .
