Help me decide which bike to buy
I'm looking to buy a used bike primarily for commuting and an occasional ride. I sold my Trek 2300 a couple years ago and want to get another road bike to commute with now.
So far I've found two used bikes in my area that meet my price criteria: a 2002 Giant OCR-1 for $690 CAD and a 2006 Rocky Mountain 50ST with 105 components instead of the listed Ultegra for $1000 CAD. Both bikes are in great condition with minimal wear.
Here are links to the specs for the bikes (keep in mind that the Rocky Mountain has 105 instead of the listed Ultegra). Which of these two is the best buy in your opinion?
I need a bike around 48-49cm (apparently Rocky Mountain measures their heights from the center of the BB to the top of the seat tube making a 52cm somewhere around 48cm - this is per the seller)

I like the OCR 1, but $650 CAD seems kind of high for a 2002 bike.

From what I can tell from the pictures it definitely doesn't have Ksyrium wheels. They're Shimano wheels but I can't figure out the model from the pictures.
