What brands of titanium road bikes should I consider?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What brands of titanium road bikes should I consider?

I have decided that my next road bike will titantium. I have been looking at new and used Litespeeds and actually have been searching for an Ultimate. But I'm sure there are other brands I should consider. What would you suggest?

Thanks

Planet X.

Made by the family who started Litespeed, but not so expensive as the bikes they make now (I forget the name).

Might not be available in the US yet...

All excellent choices. If I were looking again, these are the ones I would consider. I did this three years ago and went with Seven. Moots wasn't big then, Lynskey was just starting, and IF didn't have a big production. The only thing I can say about Seven is they are completely custom so if you have unusual size dimensions or want to spec the tubesets and ride all arond, it may be worth it. Serotta does the same but is higher priced.

Many riders here went with Moots and love them. IO don't think you can go wrong with a Moots based on what everyone here says

I wanted that Merlin Ultralight bad.

But that's not what he gave me.

That business about how Ti loses its liveliness over time helped me get over it. I just keep telling myself that, lol.
Boy, it felt great. Almost like a horse, something alive.

You did not specify a budget. But check out the Serotta Garage at Serotta.com. I got a lightly used Legend demo frame and F-3 for $1,690. This combo retails for $5,600. I have not seen any deals close to that but they have some good discounts if you can find your size. The Serotta classifieds are a good place to look for quality used frames and I have seen some of these frames selling on E-bay for reasonable prices.

My buddy has a Lynskey that he got recently and loves it. He also liked his Litespeed very well.

Also, I haven't seen Holland. If I remember correctly Carl Strong has started doing titanium.
