Hello There. I'm in UK and here the Pegasus retails for about £420. So for $500 USD u got a bargin! Here everything is expensive i'm afraid!
My friend has a pegasus and it's awesome, thats the reason i'm getting a Ridley bike. What i like most is the idea of fully customising my frame. Ive designed a ROSSO RED colour frame with black decals in a klein type of way. Using the notion "less is more".
My frame is the Super light Columbus Airplane ICARUS. I'm dressing her in Record. Still waiting for the carbon crank as its not out here as of yet. The frame retails at £600. Wheels i've chosen are mavic cxp33's built on a record hub using Sapim spokes. Handlebars and Stems are the ITM Millenium series in carbon. Saddles' gonna be that Selle Italia Flite. Should have it in about a months time so will be posting some soon.
Whats the spec on ur pegasus? and do u have any pics u can share? I'm considering buyin a pegasus on Campy Centaur as a winter bike if funds allow?
But then again i've got my eye on a Klein, now arnt those bikes pretty?

I have a Stappenbelt branded Ridley bike that I bought last spring. Don't know what model it is, but it has full 105. It's my first serious roadbike and I love it.

i've seen quite a few ridley cyclo-cross bikes around quebec this season. they look like really nice bike. one thing that gives me pause, however, is that they do not have a replaceable derailleur hanger. i don't know if the same is true of the road bikes, but it means that, if you crash and break the hanger, the frame is either trash or a single-speed.

Here is a picture of my Ridley... yes its a big one but that's the main reason I went with Ridley. Mostly Veloce w/Mavic K Elites as you can see. I was pretty set on the Icarus but decided that for me the price/weight benefit wasn't worth it. Plus I love the shaping on the Zonal tube set.
I do think I got a great deal I bought it from a dealer in the Netherlands so no VAT which helped a lot. He's raised his prices since my purchase but Ridley's are still a good value even at the UK price.
Mine does have a replacable hanger. Kliens are nice bikes but, in the US they are very common (at least where I live) and I like to be different.
