i did about 75K today with a couple long climbs in the mix. it was really hot and the end of a high volume week. anyway, i ate post ride, rehydrated, etc. but have just been dragging my butt all over this afternoon, feeling totally bonked.
i remembered i had some free samples of different Hammer stuff i got at the ToC so i mixed up a bottle of Recoverite. Within about 5 minutes i felt SO much better it was shocking. Physically and mentally i feel 100% better. i'm going to actually have to go out and buy some of this stuff and start using it after every hard ride.
anyone else use it?
