Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Where to get nice jerseys?

Looking to pick up some more jerseys. Any suggestions on a place that has some nice designs or plain ones?

I am looking at twin six now but how is there quality and fit?

Most important feature of a jersey is how well it fits you. Flapping fabric is uncomfortable and looks silly. If you're not familiar with the sizing of different brands, then buy from a local shop where you can try them on first. The size charts on various web sites are inaccurate or incomplete.

I have their 2007 "Deluxe" jersey...I really the feel of it, and it seems really well made, with colors that hold fast through the wash. As far as fit goes, they tend to run in between a club and race cut; I'm 6'1 155 lbs and a medium fits me perfectly.

I've used both Velogear and Voler both place have good product and pretty reasonable prices. As for brands Voler does their own as well and they hold up well. Descente or Assos are the best I own but pricey unless you can find a deal. I've never ordered from these guys, https://www.bikejerseys.com/index.html, but they have some pretty different selections in addition to team stuff.

Assos is nice stuff, but expensive, although team jerseys on discount can be had - the honeycomb inside is pretty good. I am not a fan of the Twin Six jerseys, they have cool designs but are a bit boxy and generally nothing special, I prefer Descente over Twin Six. I have one Rapha wool which is great for slightly cooler days.
