Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

scam or stolen. overnighting a bike costs like 150 bucks. looking to move it fast. only worth a look if you are local, so that if nothing else, you can find out whos it is.

That's pretty fishy, but hey, he'll overnight it for free.

Or, he meant $8000.00, which is also fishy.

Stolen. Why else would you sell a 5.7 for that money?

There's an awful lot of info for a stolen bike. Not that it's impossible to find that stuff out.

Seems unlikely to be a misprint. Likely candidates for alternatives would be 8000 (way too much I'd guess) or perhaps 900 (probably still too little.)

Free shipping too? And overnight? If it did cost around 150 to overnight a bike, they're basically asking for 650 for the bike. Sounds like a scam to me.

how can you feel safe about any bike purchase when the photo wasn't even taken in front of a white garage door?

Where did you find a place to overnight a bike for $150? The one time I looked into doing it (and admittedly it was from coast-to-coast), the price tag was more like $300+.

That African is at it again I see. He's posted before, and I said I'd pick up locally. He explained he would list on eBay, I'd buy it now, then he'd ship for free from the same town I live in... yeah right. SCAM
