Speedplay zero problem
I have a set of speedplays and have been using them for approx 2000km but recently my left foot would come unclipped, is there anyway to tighten the attachment so that it does not unclip
TIA

no real way to tighten it, if your cleat isn't worn out, i'd check to make sure all the screws are tight, which im sure you've done already... check the pedal itself and make sure the torx bolts holding the "bowties" are tight if those are loose you will unclip... that's all i can think of. if everything is tight you should get new cleats, don't need the foot coming out of the pedal by itself...
