How many days per week do you cycle?
How many hours and miles per week do you put in?
What is your routine?
. . . .
I try and cycle one hour, before work with a few friends, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We’ll do as many as 25 miles and as few as 12.
Then on Saturdays I try and bang out about 50, usually with my local club.

My schedule is built around 10 hours a week, 5-6 days a week. As I start to get ready for long events, that goes up to 15 or so on occassion.

I'm right around 11-13 hours per week. Weekly mileage varies between 150 - 250 miles depending on my racing schedule. Right now I'm pulling down 200-220 miles a week since I'm in between priority races.
I'm on the bike Friday through Wednesday. Due to my class schedule last semester, Thursday ended up as my day off the bike, and I quite like the arrangement.

I have about 2300 miles for the year which took about 139 hours, divided by 20 weeks is 115 miles per week average and about 7 hours. I try and get 2 evening rides of about 30 miles during the week and then longer rides on the weekends.

Every day. Mondays are usually recovery. Tuesdays are usually a "hammer" ride (known as the Goleta P/1/2 road race), Wednesday is a hill climb, sometimes casual pace and sometimes TT pace. Wednesday was also crit practice earlier in the year but it always fizzles around this time. Thursday is usually a rest-ish day, I'll do some kind of easy pace ride in the morning and/or evening. It looks like Thursday is now going to become dirt practice. Depending on the rest of my schedule I may do VO2 max intervals on Thursday, or on Friday (If I'm not racing on saturday). Saturday and/or Sunday may be races, but if not I'll do local group rides. My favorite is on Sunday and is known as "Worlds". Total usually comes to 18 hours +/- 2 or so.

commute 40 miles/day round trip - usually hit up a fast group ride or training race or two during the week. I like to go for a long ride on Saturdays. Sunday I usually take off. Last week I hit 310 miles. This week I'll have 180 by the end of the day.
My results are kinda skewed because I can't afford/refuse to pay to use gas all the time for my SUV. I'm perfectly capable of covering the distance by bike so there's really not any reason other than laziness to not do it.
Before my commuting days I'd probably average about 150 miles/week.

Lately been about 6 hours on the weekends, 85'ish miles. Been going to the gym 4 days a week with the daughter and working so not much time to ride.
Had this week off so time went up from 6 hours to about 15, 85 miles close to 200 in addition to the gym.

As of now I ride for about 1 to 2 hours which is around 10-20 miles. I do this every day after work that is possible, and on weekend I am trying to go for longer rides.

I got spoiled living in so-cal, now that I am in northern/central new york, things are a little different.

Unfortunately only 8-10 hrs a week. The swimming and running eat into bike time.

I commute five days per week (five miles each way) and I usually go home for lunch.
One or two sessions per week on the track, but that's measured in meters and seconds.
Two thirty mile rides per week
One fifty-sixty mile ride per week.
Oddly enough, I ride very little on the weekends.

Only 3-4 rides a week. A couple of short nighttime sprints after work usually 20 miles. The weekly ride on Wed with the guys after work, usually 40+. And a Sunday ride, 35-50+. So 100+/week. But as everyone else says, not enough. The dreaded 2 "W's" always get in the way.

5 days a week, 10 hours, ~40 miles round trip daily. Comes out to just a little under 200 miles. On some weeks/weekends, I may put in another 25 to 65 miles, or the occasional 100 mile century.
