HRM Electrode cream
Anyone use something besides the standard HRM electrode cream ( or spit )?
I am sure there is something I can get at a local drug store that works as well. I hate to order a $6.00 bottle and pay $3.00 for shipping if I don’t need anything else at the time.

Been using the 3 above since running out, does not always give me a good connection right off like the cream did. Your right, the sweat starts, no issues.

Hammer Nutrition sells Spectra 360 conductivity gel $9.95 for 8.5 oz.
Spectra 360 is available from medical supply places. Here $3.35 for 8.5 oz. 8.5 oz is a big tube, and would likely last you a long time.

My wife is a nurse on the L & D floor and since they do ultra sounds, I use the gel they use. It works great. If you know anyone that works with ultrasound, see if they will get you some of the gel.
