Question on the C'dale Six13!

Ok so i understand that the C'dale Six13 was/is? Made with part carbon and part alu.

My question is..on the newer Six13's 2008 model. Is it actually a full transition to carbon fiber for the top tube, or is it just an insert kind of thing? Doesn't really matter, ordered the bike already just curious!

The top tube and down tube are carbon inserts that are bonded to an alloy head tube and alloy rear triangle. You can get more details about the frame at Cannondale's website. See here:
