Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

LBS has one here. Not all fancy, just an old candy machine, but it's got tubes, patches, cliff blocks, etc.

I was in Kaysville Utah for work and saw a candy-type machine outside a shop there filled with tubes and whatnot... I thought it was a pretty cool idea...

The bike station (indoor bike parking) here in downtown seattle has one too (not trek branded), tubes, brake pads, etc.

Virtually any spiral driven glassfront machine can be used to vend bike specific items. We have been playing around with the setup for a while now. The key is to get the right size coil for the stuff you want to sell. As previously stated Japan sell almsot everything out of vending machines.

The Bike Barn here in Houston has one of these. They call it the 24-hr bike shop.

More coverage; great idea, but they probably won't sell most of the stuff I use like Conti tires, DumondeTech lube or park tools.
