Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Check out this deal from PBK:

https://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=L4030

Just picked up a set - now I gotta figure out how to make 'em work with a Shimano/Sram cassette. Doh.

So, that's only about 27%-28% off...CL does 40%-60% consistently.

I've had my Centaur Ergo Levers for a year and a half. That's been the price for quite a while now. Used them with a JTek shiftmate for the first year. Swapped my bike over to Campy at the beginning of this summer. They are some great levers and are very comfortable. No issues with the shiftmate or with full campy.

I'd never seen them for less than $200 - although a quick google shopping search did just turn up another place selling them for $153. I've done business with PBK though - and shipping is free to boot.

I'll probably run a shiftmate too. My other bike is Sram and I want to be able to swap wheels as needed.

I'm not saying it's a bad deal, I'm just saying that CL throws down on that typically. To me anything less than %35 is typically not a amazing deal, except in camera retail.

You don't need shiftmate.

And CL is especially good if you like Oakley clothing.

Touche.

BUT you can't deny the sweetness of EA70's for $220 and EA90's for $400!

Chainlove's pretty cool, but I've never seen shifters, much less Centaur shifters, available there. If you know what you need and you want it quick, it's tough to beat pbk.
