Bike Shop with Used Bikes
I visited a bike shop in Crescent City, California yesterday. I say bike shop, but it was really the house of an old guy whose bicycle hobby was way out of control.
It was interesting because it seems that most bike shops do not sell used bikes these days.
In addition to the hundreds of bikes, there were thousands of parts. I was looking for some brake levers, but all he had were hundreds of the old style handles with suicide levers attached.
I know that few people live near there, but the place is "Kite's Bikes" 707-464-2065.

You'd think he'd be able to sell some decent used bikes. The only thing i see in there worth more than $50 is a GT and a Trek.
Selling 15 year old wal-mart bikes does not strike me as cost effective.
