Cyclocomputer Installation?
I just got a wired cyclocomputer (yay I can see how slow I am now), but I'm not quite sure what to do once I get to the head tube. Any pictures on how you dealt with the wire once you got to the head tube?

I wrapped the cord around the headtube once on my older DT shifter bike.
but anything recent just running the wire up the downtube and then coiling the cable on the shifter cable works for my brifter bike.

Also, it says that the distance between sensor and magnet should be less than 3 mm... however there is WAY more distance than that between the chainstay and the crank???

rotate the sensor outwards?
place the magnet on the point where the crank is closest to the chainstay.

Don't Bug Me
I give myself a little slack from the top of the fork and then I do a spiral wrap around the front brake cable to get the wire up to the handlebar. Just attach it to the computer and your done.

you can also put some clear packing tape on the cables to keep it from moving around too much or having it dangle.

Stem mounted the computer, wrapped the wire round and round the stem and fastened it with a tie wrap. Then used tie wraps to fasten the wire as it ran down the fork leg. I even used tie wraps that were the same colour as the bike, I'm not normally that good with colour co-ordination.
