Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Best Chocolate mix?

So we all know that chocolate milk is an awesome recovery drink because of the carbs/protein; but what's your favorite incarnation of it?
Powder?
Syrup?
Pre-mixed?

Brands? Do share.

(I use Nesquick powder with 2% milk, BTW)

I am a big fan of Ovaltine. Chocolate malt milk or regular chocolate.

Just drink whole chocolate milk from your supermarket. If you must use a powder, there are better choices than chocolate mixes.

Super Poulain is the best by far. My brother likes it so much he gets people to bring it him from France. I prefer to buy it from the store. The best kind round here is Homestead Creamery, in the glass bottles. Mmmm.

either ovaltene or Trader Joe's chocolate syrup. It doesn't have HFCS in it. Nes-quick syrup doesn't have HFCS either.
