So I clicked on the photo of the back of that bike and got to see the rest of the images. The saddle is pointed up in the nose (ouch!) and the stem is also pointing up. Both are set up such that I think you should go get a proper fitting for the bike.

002_zps89b49606.jpgFollowing your link to your photobucket I am going to say not. The brooks saddle doesn't work with the frame. The handle bars and shifters look to be in an odd position. I don't really care for the the wavy forks and seat stays. Is that a reflector on the seat post?

I believe brooks saddles are supposed angled up slightly. At least that's what I've read a million time in the Fixed Gear Forum.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I've got a set of reynolds 46 in the mail, will post back once those are up and running.
Nice bike! What bottle cages are those?

They sure are. They also dont go on carbon fiber bikes?! Why talk about how much your bike weighs when you could drop a full pound by changing saddles? Its hard for me to comment because this looks terrible. I get it if you are a brooks fan, but this is an aesthetics based thread.

Woo, I was right. But yeah, classic leather saddles belong on classic steel bikes in my opinion.

You changed your floor tiles. I prefer the old ones, but that's just me.

LOL - not. I'm tired of all the shots with computers (Cateye Stealth 50) and bottles removed, thought tis time for a nu'trend. Floor tiles are still the same Seats been repositioned, slightly back, relevelled, and the stems been lowered by 10mm.

LOL nvm then. I guess it was just the lighting, since the colors of the tiles are really different in your two pics:

I see y'all's points. I knew some of the reactions I would get. I leveled the saddle and squared the handlebars. I actually had it fitted to me by a LBS, but it was impromptu type. I will get it done for $100 an hour in a few weeks. I am keeping the Brooks though.

I have a short torso with long limbs. I think i would be more comfortable on a smaller frame I'm always just worried there wont be enough seat post.

I just got it and set it up myself, I have'nt had it in for a fitting yet. I'm wanting to ride it a few times before i start flipping the stem and rearranging spacers. The saddle use to be flat, it's more comfortable this way. I'd rather have a comfortable saddle angle than a saddle angle that lookes better in pics. I'll post more pics later on after the fitting, I was just really excited about a new bike so I had to ***** it out.

I'm with the others, that ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ looks like a strange setup. Eithers the frames too small you're a mutant How tall are you and what size frame have you got? I'm like you too (mutants unite), only 174cm but have a crotch bone to floor or 85cm, my saddle height from centre of BB to top of saddle is 735mm. I ride a 54cm with effective TT of 55cm. The stem is 110mm and is faced down.
