Okay...I will make this perfectly clear. I do not find the bike hot.....nothing personal. Photoshopped or not....not hot.

Ok, Brian, let me help you make this perfectly clear. You are missing the point entirely. Obviously you didn't read what was posted. That bike that Bianchi posted wasn't posted as a HOT R NOT candidate. It was his PS'ed version of another bike that was posted. In other words, that bike (that you don't like) DOESN'T exist. So it's kinda weird to vote on it... Now do you understand?

I'm going against the grain here...
I like your Ironman, I was tempted to pick one up as a cruiser, but the price wasn't right.
I had the DLX model for a bit a it was a blast to ride around town. Just love the colors they used on those ironman centurions!
    Nice bike!

I like it. It shatters about a million rules on here, but that bike just looks fun to me. It works. And props for your loyalty. When did you buy this and how much did it cost at that time, do you remember? I vote hot.

THANKS - it is a fun ride and ALWAYS gets lots of attention (some positive... some not so positive. LOL)! If I recall correctly I got it in '88 and I believe it was something around $600, which was fairly salty then for an entry bike. It originally came with Shimano 105 (1050).

Centurion is cool as hell. Cooler than a lot of the "hot" bikes on here. Most, if you ask this C&V steel fan. But it's not hot IMO. And I really like Ultegra 6500. The red hubs, the business of the color against the crabon bits, etc.

    edit:

.... I'm looking at it... and with an alloy SP, I'd change my vote. I think that's the proverbial straw as far as business and mismatching...

This bad boy would obviously serve me well during winter but what about summer? Would it be practical for the trails?

    Nice bike.
It would be hot if it was in any other "colourway".
This is just like my bike (black, white, green) and I hate that green accents (on mine and yours).

biachi10, please don't go with the red crank bolt set, your bike is awesome the way it is, and I think the red bolts would be too much.

I have a 13 supersix-4 that I have tried to build up using your guidelines, I value your opinion on bikes.
