I thought it was odd at first, but now, realizing it is a woman's bike, all of a sudden it's really hot - like Cat Woman!
. She's about 5'4", which is the reason for the slight rise. We're working on the pedals..lol.

I think the bars are about right. It's the hoods/levers that are mounted way too high.
