I feel like I usually might not like it, but that looks great.

Nitpicking here, but cross chained, spacer stack, valve caps. Seriously though, looks good.

I totally dig the color. It's smurf blue! I'd buy a smurf sticker for it.

It's got some sizzle. I'm not keen on the bowed frame, and at first I didn't care for the wheels (what with all their white lettering), but in the end I think they spice it up nicely.

Interesting how at a glance the frames on the different bikes basically have the same design. Don't know if it's just the current fashion trend or a form fitting function kind of thing, like the blobular shapes of most mid-size sedans these days.

That shade of blue is beautiful. I'd take that frame any day.

I personally am so sick of seeing black bikes that I love the pop of color here. Never have been a fan of white saddles and tape, and never will be but I love this bike! While I'll stop short of saying Hot, it's a great bike. I think if you put some 38 or deeper carbon wheels on here and swapped the tape and saddle I'd definitely vote Hot, but again, that's just my personal preference.

Already have a new one on the way. This one was a cheap carbon post I got from a friend. :thumb:

hahaha, I guess that's a legitimate reason, but I like the blue a lot. Seems like all of us have nothing but black bikes (including me) and that one looks clean to me. Not smoking I wanna hump it hot but I'd ride it without a second thought.

For some reason, lately I've gone the opposite way and I've started loving the bowed frame. Like I'm tempted to sell one of my bikes just to buy an SST or something to get a bowed frame to build. They just catch my eye a lot.

Well if he rides regularly then that tape will be black in no time. I'll never do white tape again it just ends up looking gross.

I'm not a fan of flat black bikes but the gold chain matching the gold Cannondale logo is an inspired touch.

Like they say, you can take the bike out of the kitchen, but you can't take the kitchen out of the... oh wait, they never say that.

As I said above, kind of tired of black bikes but this one is gloss instead of flat and the red and white trim is well done (maybe a bit too much white on the chainstay). I like it.

SportsFans 07-31-15 08:51 PM

Nice! almost a Fixie. I have a bike like that in my basement I haven't ridden in 20yrs, this makes me want to make it into a single fix gear bike. Got to love those classic XL frames!!.....YES!

Got this one back up and running a couple of nights ago. I forgot how nicely 9 speed Campy (Daytona/Veloce) feels. I need to re-acquaint myself with this ride.
