Thoughts on the new stem? Got the glossy black/red lettering to match the front end of the frame. It also fits so much better than the ritchey!

I agree, although I'd never have thought the words "red stem looks good" would come from my mouth. Maybe you should pose the wheels so the two red spokes align with the fork. I also agree about the crank, or maybe I've just been seeing too many hollowgrams lately....

I like the cervelo but I find the white pedals distracting. Obviously, you don't see them much or at all while riding though. I think your wheels and overall look would be better if you swapped the red spokes for black and debadged the logo's. Also not a fan of the crankset. Doesn't mean its not an excellent crank, but aesthetically I'd rather see rotor or SRAM with a black chainring like praxis or something alike.
New stem looks great. Just the right amount to compliment and not be an eye sore.

I wouldn't feel the need to change anything about the Cervelo - it's not overly busy, so the wheel logos don't bother me. The red spokes serve a purpose and I find them complementary. Hot.

It's actually the plain carbon one. I went through more than a handful of seat posts and this is by far my favorite. Setup/adjustment is easy and it dampens the road incredibly well.

Thanks for the suggestions- the wheel logos unfortunately are clearcoated so they can't be removed, but I can just cover them with a thin layer of vinyl like I did the rest of the wheel. They were busy before.
It's literally mere grams so it's not too bad. And as much as I like the crank, I know the color clashes with the bike.
For the pedals, I keep going back to SPDs (blasphemy!), but I just plain love walking around every time I bike, so I'm on the look out for a super light set of SPDs now. My M520s are awesome, but 380grams!

Breaking all the rules here! It's getting cut this week. Suggestions welcome, I'll be cleaning it up again in a week.

I know the stem has got to be like nails on a chalkboard for a lot of you. Maybe that'll keep you from noticing the triple crankset.
