Just thought someone reading this thread might like to know that the weight difference between Shimano 5600 Group and Ulegra 6800 Group was about 181 grams or .4lbs. I kinda thought it would be a little more, but still not too bad. (group excludes wheel hubs).

I don't have any experience with BB30 adapters, but some time ago I was thinking of getting a BB30 frame and running it with a Hollowtech II crankset, and those KCNC adapters seemed like the most straightforward and most effective option out there.

I'll be posting a thread of a lot of detailed picts with all my current upgrades.
Upgrades consist of:
Dura Ace 7900 Rear Derailleur
Dura Ace 7900 Shifters
Alligator Ilink cables (HUGE thanks goes out to @primov8 for sending them to me)
Dura Ace 7900 11-28 Cassette
Lizardskins 1.8 race tape (LOVE LOVE LOVE this tape!)
Ritchey Logic Curve UD carbon bars (I REALLY like the new shape coming from the Ergo Superlogic bars I had. 1 thing I will have to get used to is the non over-sized top bar that the Logic curve bars lack that the superlogic bars had.)

Yes, I'm hoping to sell this frame off so I can get my Evo. Problem is I'm very specific with wanting a 2 year old, popular frame and color (Black and white). Its been tough to find. But, I'll be patient since I have this little Gem!

Thanks @gc3. Still a couple things I would like to do, but it would involve a very high $-weight ratio for no performance gain what so ever. I think I will just save for a while and keep looking for my Evo frameset.
What do you think...keep Logo's on or take off?

i second this question as I ordered ghost decals for my wheels so I'll be needing to take them off without messing it up. I assume you can just carefully pull them off and clean the surface with something to remove any residue left from the old sticker? Question is what to use.
