Oh yes.
2009 Cervelo S2 with D.A. 7900. I will upgrade the cluster to D.A. (comes with Ultegra) bars to FSA K-Wing Carbons, saddle to a Specialized Toupe 143 and the clincher wheels (probably to Mavic SLs, maybe HED clinchers). I'll mainly be riding this bike with Zipp 404 tubulars anyway.
Don't get too excited the bikes won't be available until January. Until then it remains friggin VAPORWARE.
You're all in Big Trouble now. If you thought I was fast before.... you were mistaken.
I will of course be purchasing said same bicycle from:
and my pals Glenn and Frank (the Ultimate Cervelo Shill).

Think of it as the Johnny Lunchpail version of the Cervelo S3. But with the new lighter D.A. and lighter frame, this bike should be nearly a full pound lighter than my Six13, which isn't heavy. That would be under 15.5 lbs with the Zipp 404s in a 56cm frame size. I'll probably sell my current Zipps and by the 2009 versions just so it's all new.
My current Zipps will of course be for sale. $1100 with Conti Sprinter tires. Ridden by an old man on Sundays.

Talk about lipstick on a pig.
I will say, that's some mighty pretty lip tone you got there, Pcad!

The Six13 will stay in service of course. I need a bicycle to take to Greece. One that will illicit a shrug of ambivalence when some Olympic Airways ramp dude drives over my soft case with a commercial jet tug.

New here. Why are you always referring to yourself in the "third person" (i think thats what it is, or maybe first person?) wutever. And who are you in the cycling world, someone special?

The MSRP on the S2 is $5500 with cheesy Shimano wheels and an Ultegra cassette, both of which need upgrading, but it does include the D.A. 7900 and other top notch components. Pcad's Top Secret Special Celebrity Pricing has yet to be negotiated with my LBS.
The Zipps are cash and carry, although I realize many of the wimpier BF bike weenies will be unable to lift them, so bring a strong friend when you pick them up.
