one of those mornings...
so after a great ride on sunday I set off into the crisp, sunny, 75 degree day for my daily commute.
half way in at traffic stop, light turns green, I rise up to clip in, foot slips off pedal for first time ever and I squash the golden eggs on the saddle.
arriving at the bike rack I dismount by quickly lifting my left leg over top tube as I've done a million times before. my heel catches the top tube and in an effort to maintain balance my left shin comes smashing down on the tube, just below the knee.
walking through the lobby this morning I felt like a boxer woozy from a right cross, just hanging on after a standing eight count.
