Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

PBK Frame

So does anyone have one of the PBK frames?

All carbon for ~900 sounds like a great deal to me...

I have one of these and I'd advise you not to buy one. Water gets in but it doesn't get out until you tip the bike up then it drains out of the ends of the chain stays. PBK says it's not a problem and that I should use mudguards or a different bike when it rains.
Check how much water gets in after a short ride in the rain.

Couldn't you just drill a small hole in the bottom bracket? That seems to be a common solution on steel bikes.

That could be the perfect pretext for voiding the warranty, but I still think the frame is pretty cool.

I thought the market rate for a carbon frame without a well known bike manufacturer's name on it was about $US300 or so?
