BB on an 04 Roubaix
I want to replace the stock 68mm shell, 118.5mm spindle, pipe billet cartridge, BB. Can this be replaced with most modern BB's? I'm having a hard time finding specific dimensions on used crank/BB's that I find.

The shimano external xt (mtb) bb I just bought comes with plastic spacers to allow fitting to a 68m bb. Haven't see the spacers included on the road version though.
