All my bikes are fixed.

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

All my bikes are fixed.

• There was nothing wrong with the Fly Ti, I am a moron.

• The Ibis' new D.A. 7800 is winging its way here from PBK who mistakenly shipped it to Alabama first.

• The non-readout on my PTap was an exposed wet wire. It dried out, I re-electrical taped it, it's fine now.

Like I said yesterday: you know you're a friggin bike weenie when the world financial markets are melting down in the greatest crisis since 1929, and your biggest worry is that your MTB might be bent.

Keeping the Pcad Velo Fleet on the road isn't easy my friends. But it will be easier when the S2 arrives.
And all you, every single last one of you Freds will Rue the Day.

In the meantime, if S. Palin is qualified to be Vice President, I am qualified to the the Grand Vizier of the Entire Universe and you should all consider voting for me. If I'm getting carried away here, I apologize. 47 miles in the warm early fall sunshine has me a bit over-euphoric. I think I can even see Russia from here. It won't last.

The Big Fun is blogging about it here. It's not due until January. In all likelihood I'll change my mind. But the more weenies I can drive insane between now and then, the better.

I'm curious to see how Palin will fare against Biden, because she's going to have to take a crash course in foreign affairs AND economics to have any hope of not soundling like a complete idiot.

Grand Vizier of the Entire Universe? Okey-doke. Can we do a write-in for both a candidate and an office?

I want a TV debate with my opponent BT, but since he's under 21, he'll need parental consent.

An age of 18 makes someone a consenting adult who is capable of signing a contract.

Pay attention.

Perhaps, but at the Pcad/BT Grand Vizier Debate we will serve cocktails. You do have to be 21.

By the way, I chose BT as my opponent because despite his age, he's the only person here besides me who can actually spell.

Clearly he does not have enough experience to be Grand Vizier of the Universe. Though he can see Rigel 7 from his house. That has to count for something.

Please state your position on:

1.) Tribbles

2.) Sexy green alien women

3.) Dark Matter

4.) Universal Health Care
