Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Riding on Rollers and Drinking Beer

I took my first ride on my new Nashbar rollers today...after a beer or two.
Fun once or twice for a thrill but not recommended long term..

If you had a hair on your ass you'd do bong hits while on the rollers. A good off season work out for watching football: when the play is in motion do an interval. When the play ends do a bong hit. Repeat.

Not too hard but still fun. Trying to trackstand while drinking a beer is much more difficult though. Something about tipping your head back always throws off the balance in my experience.

We try to sell this crap at my other job. I think you're the only one who buys it.
