No, I'm not in So. Cal., although in a few months I'll probably wish I was.
I had a stressful day and found myself bumming by late afternoon. Not helped by the fact that I didn't have time to do my planned 40+ mile exploratory ride. I thought about bagging the whole idea, but decided that a 20-mile run around the farm roads in the hills above where I live would be better than nothing. "Take your camera," I told myself, "and maybe you can get some nice fall color shots."
The ride (24 mi) cheered me up, probably in part because of the scenery. Thought I'd share.
