Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Prologo Touch Choice Pro Ti Saddle?

Anyone know anything about this saddle that's come across Chainlove several times now?

I use a prologo touch scratch cool team and it's awesome for me. I've never had a more comfortable saddle. If the price is right i'd try it out just for kicks. it's a brand of saddle that isn't as widespread as fizik or specialized, so it's cool just for being different!

I got the nago version which appears to be the same without the interchangeable top. I think it's great.

Do you still have it lying around somewhere?

I've just started using the Scratch Ti and can't say I like it very much. I'm still working on it, though, and really hope it'll get better. I'm willing to give it 500 miles or so, since it really does take a while to get used to anything new.

FWIW, I switched from a Toupe that was good for about 4 hours or so, then started getting really, really uncomfortable.

Since comfort seems so dependent on starting with a correct fit, is a "good" saddle supposed to feel great right out of the box? How long do you people give it before you conclude it's not going to get any better?

If it doesn't work in 50 miles, it ain't gonna. At least IMO.
