Bent Wheels need Cheap replacements

Bent Wheels need Cheap replacements
So I recently got hit by a car and now my back wheel is bent beyond repair.
I have a 2008 Schwinn Le Tour and was going to replace the back wheel and give it to my brother.
I was wondering what everyone's recommendations would be for a cheap replacement?
Under $50s hopefully?
Currently I think they have the stock wheels which are Jalco DRX-2000?
Something similarly cheap because my brother could care less what's attached to the thing. =p
