Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

A week is a lifetime

Just ordered a TCR Advanced 1. Pick it up on Saturday. Trouble is I had to sell 2 bikes to get it and I'm left with my Sister In Laws 52cm (I ride 60) Trek 1400 which I obviously can't ride. I'm really not going to know what to do with myself not being able to ride for a week. The missus might get lucky I suppose. Got some endorphin withdrawal symptons coming up me thinks. I don't know how I'm going to sleep, I feel like a kid on Christmas eve, it just can't get here fast enough. That is all, as you were.
