Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Just began training for my first Century. Decided I needed a little extra padding. Went with a pair of Pearl Izumi attack shorts. Hope they do the trick.

Brought a friend to the LBS to shop for a new bike (they got a 2014 Raleigh Revenio 2) and I picked up a jersey on clearance. Super comfy and fits great.

Not me.

Thank you, its a cannondale caad 5 "r300si" which just means there is wider welds, and hour glass chainstays that are "suspension" the bottom bracket shell says its a 53cm but i measured the toptube a couple times and i get 51.5-52cm almost everytime, they are 3t handlebars that i acid washed to remove the logos. then i marked center with a marker

I like their platform support, too. I have a lot of stops and goes during my commute, and I find it helpful to be able to pedal decently without clipping in. Scratches... yeah I already see some on mine (as shown in the pic). It's okay, I didn't buy the pedals for display.
