Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

$5=2 tubes
48 patches can fix 48 punctures, which saves you the money spent on 46 tubes.

Well, today I decided to take my bike to my lbs for a new chain and it's first tune up hoping that I would be able to start riding again soon, well after hanging out there for a while and talking to the owner I decided to upgrade my 105 group to SRAM red . Excited for new group

I picked up another pair of Pearl Izumi Attack bike shorts from REI because I liked my first pair so much! Not to mention a couple sets of Grand Prix 4000s tires.

The 12-mile round trip for coffee is pretty easy. B10 took this pic at the end of his ride.

How did going to a longer gear at the BOTTOM of your cassette help your climbing?

Ive got a black S works helmet also. Might do that, but I figure the helmet and white radars go with the shoes. Might use my Black s works helmet once I get my Pink radars. That's gonna have to wait though because I'm still waiting for my custom Bont Vaypor + shoes to come in. Not sure what I will have left from my funds after I pay for those.

The box from PBK showed up today. Needed some wider bars for my commuter, a longer post, and a longer quill stem. I couldn't find the bars in silver, or the stem in black, so went with this combination as the bars will be taped anyway.
