That one on your video has a T handle called the Twist, the one on the video I saw did not have that type of handle it was just a straight handle called the Micro. Regardless it takes a lot more strokes than the Lezyne or the Topeak. I don't mind attaching a pump to the side of my water bottle cage, nor do I mind the extra 80 grams in weight especially since it's not rotational weight in order to get a pump that is easier to operate. I guess if I wanted something that small to fit in my bag I would just get a C02 system and forget about it.

BUT, it does look like an interesting pump, I guess if someone carries their pump in their seat bag as you do or in their rear jersey pocket it would probably be a great pump for those purposes, but at $80 I think it's overpriced since there isn't anything really revolutionary or ultra high tech about it, but I'm a tightwad and get my pumps on sale, I didn't spend over $30 each even for the most expensive one.

I'm thinking why not make a pump with a small servo motor that would pump your tire up with a push of a button and a AA battery or two to power it?

Have you seen this pump ? It only weighs 45 grams and is wayyy cheaper than the iPump Micro. i have one and seems pretty robust. And fits easily into my jersey pocket.

It appears that only the longer one comes with a Schrader AND a Presta head, they didn't mention the shorter one comes with the Presta head just the Schrader.

It does if you look in the grey box in the description on the first link. it says

The nozzle unscrews and pops out. i have used it with presta valves before no problems.

Thanks for posting this amazing find. After seeing it, I'm definitely putting it on my wish list and will be ditching my saddle bag. Although I do like the Lezyne Road Caddy as it's hardly even noticeable but this thing is freaking awesome.

it does not come with all that stuff obviously... but that's pretty much what I put in it (minus mini pump) but I carry 2 CO2s instead.. it's under a pound without my Iphone6 in it... First ride yesterday and it's really not too noticeable... gets kinda thick with the iPhone in it though..so a tight squeeze in my jersey pocket, but does lay pretty flat on the back.

I think I"m going to pull the trigger on it. Seems a great choice especially with multiple bikes. I'd just have to make sure I'm carrying the correct spare tube. The bag I've had on my hybrid is ginormous and I've been wanting to ditch that for a while anyway as well as the medium bag I've got on my cross bike.

How water resistant do you think it is? I mean, if you get caught in a downpour, do you feel it'd keep your stuff dry, especially the phone?

don't know.. it's leather so it should be pretty resistant... not like it's gonna to rain in Northern Cal, we are stuck in a drought.

Interesting, how much of a strain is it to pump a presta tire to 110 psi?

I'm still debating this. Some of my jersey's are rather tight, I wonder how well it would fit in those.

I'm also wondering how easy it would be to run earbuds into the phone.

It would not be the tightness of the jersey itself... but rather the size of the pocket on the jersey. I don't wear headphones on the bike.. so no comment on that... smaller phone might not be an issue.

Doggone it. I just purchased the leather zipper wallet. Looks really nice and made in US! The reviews on the Waterfield Designs products are positive. I've been using the same wallet for 30 years, so if this one is half as good, I'll be happy.

I try not to carry objects in my jersey that would impale me or damage my backbone should I fall. I prefer saddle bag.

^ I've had a WF laptop bag for years... yes they are really good stuff. The pouch is pretty solid as well... I don't think you have to worry about getting impaled by anything in it. It's nice to look at my bike sans saddlebag for a change.... I'm liking it so far.. Will have to see when it really get hot out here.. only 80 right now. Im doing a century soon.. so that will be the real long test.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to get a new front tire. Ordered a Kenda 830 with K-Shield - 700 x 35c, and put it on. I took a look at the bike, admiring the new tire, and decided it now needed a matching rear tire. So I ordered another one (but without the K-Shield this time) for the rear. While admiring the tires I noticed the rim was just a tad out of round. So I go online-shopping for a new wheel, and then I remember that my cassette is very old and wobbles a little on the freehub. Might as well get a complete assembly, right?

Just got it all back on the road yesterday.

But now I'm thinking about pulling the rear end off tomorrow, adjusting the bearing cone tension, and adding extra grease. (Didn't have the cone wrench or grease yesterday.)

The moral of the story? Beware that little purchase that you believe you can easily afford. It can start something.
