Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Giro Foray. I've been eyeing this helmet since it first came out; the "poor man's" trickle-down from Giro's Synthe model. Love it! very comfy and light - looks great. RocLoc is awesome and almost infinitely adjustable to fine tune fit, accommodate wearing cap etc.

Catlike Whisper Plus. Funny thing, I was worried about the venting and bees. Sure enough a bee flew straight into a vent on its maiden voyage (did not sting me luckily).

Yes, your new 110 BCD rings will fit on your current 130 BCD crankset.

My Selle Italia X1 saddle has over 6K miles on it, and it's feeling a little bit wide across the rear. Just ordered this Nashbar saddle and will give it a try.

They are cool looking but with 27 moving parts that means 25 more chances for something to break that other glasses don't have; I like the KISS principle over looks.
