Not good with sizing....will this fit?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Not good with sizing....will this fit?

I've been looking to pick up a used bike so my g/f can come with me on casual rides. Ive found this bike on craigslist but im not quite sure if it will fit or not. She is 5'5" with a 30.5 inseam/standover length. The person listing it says its 52cm center-to-top on the seat tube. here is a picture the seller wants 60$. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Brendan

Don't buy her a bike unless you can get her on it first.

If its just for casual rides I'm sure its fine, reasonably close to whatever size would be ideal for her. If she gets serious about cycling she can always get a better bike, you're only spending $60 after all.

Might be too big - top tube length is critical dimension. I'm 5'2" and ride a 48 (52cm Effective Top Tube).
