Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Is Tyson from Survivor on this forum?

I was watching that show Survivor and found out that one of the contestants is a pro cyclist. His name is Tyson. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if he/your on this forum?

Survivor is still on? That was cool the first season or two, but then it got old and repetitive.

I doubt he's on here.

Well , he was kicked off "The Island" last week -- a complete blindside -- so maybe he will show up here.

He certainly had a typical BF attitude.

Haha. I love it when people pretend not to know anything about popular tv shows

Anyway, it took me about 30 seconds to find this:

From what I've seen in the episodes I caught, he seems like a bit of a dooshbag.

He was probably one of the numerous American riders who lost pro rides coming into 2009 if he had time to be on a TV show.

And Chucklehead, I too love when people pretend to not know about popular TV shoes that have been around for the past 6+ years.

Typical boyfriend attitude?

In that case, no need to watch Survivor when you've got Bike Forums

It's very much the same experience -- minus the scenery.

Now that I think if it, I think after I joined BF I never watched Survivor again.

This place is also a bit like Lord of the Flies --- as a lot of n00bs are treated like Piggies.

Can someone post a picture of a TV? I have heard of them, and find the concept intriguing to say the least. Are carbon fibre TV's okay for heavier viewers and are the ones at TVsDirect any good? Their low prices scare me a bit.

No, he was a road racer, raced in Europe.

I am Tyson and I love UK. I loved Survivor from season 2 to about season 6 or 7. Haven't seen it since then. My favorite "reality" show these days is Hell's Kitchen.
