LOOK seatpost + FIZIK kium rails HELP!!
I have the saddle at the way forward.
seatpost is the ergopost2.. is tightened up all the way
yet the saddle keeps slipping back gradually during riding.
any solutions??

Yes, tighten it some more. That bolt is designed to be torqued quite a bit - instructions say 20 Nm (14 lbft).

Err... generally any kind of "cracking" noise when tightening carbon. I'd inspect the post -- or better yet, ask your LBS to do a check -- to make sure that you didn't cause any damage. Cracking / splintering your seatpost on a ride is definitely not something you want to experience!

The head end of the Ergopost is pretty damned solid. You can torque it down quite a bit more than your average carbon bit.
Anyway, I have a Kium Arione attached to an Ergo4, and it works fine. Have you tried applying some of that anti-slip paste? It might help.
