Identify this tubular tyre from a logo?

Hi guys, i'm just trying to identify this manufacturer. The logo is worn down and I'm not familiar with it. Anyone know?

Looks like a Challenge! Thanks. One last thing. How the hell am I supposed to pump this up, and how was it pumped up initially? I'm stumped.

if you bought the wheels second-hand, I'd reglue the tire.

Usually you're supposed to reglue after a year anyways.
