Can anyone identify this wheel for me?
neighbor had it in his garage. he said I could take it for $20. He didn't know if it was a 700c but I measured and its 622mm which I think is 700c
the interesting spoke pattern piqued my interest and I was just curious to find out what it was but I couldnt find anything online about it.
