Sunglasses
Hi All,
I've read several threads on sunglasss (Rx, clip-ons, goggles ...) but I hope to get more opinions.
Here are the facts:
1) Background: I am long sighted in my left eye and myopic in the right, thanks to my dad. I'm 23.
2) Practice: Been wearing my Oakley reading glasses (designed for sport) for over a year when riding.
3) Problem: I've never ridden in the summer before, and recently my eyes are going all runny riding. I suspect my lenses are big enough to keep out dust and debris.
4) Solution(s): I cannot afford contacts, or prescription sunglasses, so I guess my options are either clip-ons or sunglasses that I can wear over my Oakleys.
- The clip-ons I see online seem pretty small. If they aren't much bigger than my Oakleys, then it'd defeat the purpose.
- Some OTCs do look a bit too dorky.
5) Budget: Max $80.
6) Questions:
- Are sunglasses that one wears over glasses prone to slipping off?
- What do you guys think of Cocoon wideline? It seems wrap around enough to keep away wind from the sides. But does it stay on the nose?
Thanks!

1) Contacts + Sunglasses
2) Prescription + Sunglasses
3) Inserts + Sunglasses
4) Clip-ons
5) Flip-ons
6) Lasik + Sunglasses
I'd like a clip-on:its simple and cheap. But the ones I see so far are all non wrap-around. Anyone know of any?
