Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Time 50.1 race pedals

I've been looking for a pair of road pedals to replace my crank bros egg beaters, which don't leave my feet too happy after my longer rides. It would be nice to increase the contact area and get a more secure fit all together. I've been offered a trade for a set of older Time 50.1 road pedals in good condition...

Are these pedals compatible with my existing 2-bolt shoe? Will I have trouble finding clips for a set of pedals this old? I've tried Googling, but can't find much about these pedals.

Thanks!
