I have a Cateye Mity 8, which is good, but if I were to buy one with cadence, I would go for the Blackburn Delphi 3.0. It's wired, and what I like about it is that you see speed, distance, time, and cadence all at the same time.

+1 on a Strada...however I use the wireless version and forego cadence. I know my cadence like Ginger Baker knows a beat.
