Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I moved from 172.5's to 175's on both bikes, feels great. I sold the Kilo and got a new track bike, Leader 725TR. Rides great! =)

^^^^ you need to work on the engine and core so you can flip it and ride it hard. then worry about part upgrades. later.

Sit on bike.
Pedal.
Repeat.

It'll all make sense eventually.

Are those the Ergosum bars? Looks very nice. Makes me wish I had waited for the Rival CAAD9. I think I will have to go with the 3T stem / bar combo very soon!

Anyone here actually compared the stock seatpost to a light one? It's laughable how heavy it is.
