Rain Riding = Inner Ear Infection
Here in eastern Pa. it has rained almost every fu%#*& day. And not just a passing shower, I mean full blown showers.
So I decided to ride 43 miles in a torrential downpour to meet my personal accomplishment of 300-400 miles a month.
Well I paid the price, went to the Doctors and I have an inner ear infection, which by the way is terribly painful, feverish, weak, etc.
He said, h20 blows into your ear (18-23mph) along with sweat, bugs, pollution, etc. H2o is a great carrier of many unpleasant microbs.
Just a ramble since I can't ride
